you to listen as you walk, instead of reading the message. These

HOW IT ALL STARTED

Mothers of Africa: The theme was to showcase the strength, and beauty of African mothers in various cultures, traditions and generations. The theme depicted the dedication to purpose these mothers gave in their daily lives . As custodians for the next generation they are incredibly important to Africa. This 21-day nature challenge was first suggested by my life coach when I was overwhelmed with anxiety at the prospect of loosing my job due to the pandemic. She knew that spending time in nature would help me find calmness and clarity. It did much more than that. It helped me rediscover who I am and cultivate a deep love for myself. This journey enabled me to completely transform my life: I chose to leave corporate, part ways with my then partner, became a certified life and Transformational Success Coach, held gallery openings and sold a bunch of my paintings.
